Disposable Media Pad MERV 5

The AAF AmerKleen M80 is a disposable glass fiber pre-filter media pad engineered for gas turbine, engine, and smooth-flow compressor air intake systems already equipped with metal holding frames or AAF RenuFilter retaining frames. This 20" x 20" x 4" (514 x 514 x 95mm) pad uses a progressive-density continuous-filament glass fiber construction — fiber diameter decreases and the weave tightens from the air-entering side to the air-leaving side, letting dirt penetrate deep into the media and use the full depth of the pad.

The media is impregnated with a gel-like adhesive that increases dust-holding capacity without migrating at temperatures up to 100°C, and is compressed into a 50mm retaining frame depth to further increase density and efficiency. The AmerKleen M80 is best suited for dry dust environments and is color-coded on the air-leaving side for quick identification during replacement.
