SATEC BFM-DFR – Multi-Circuit Digital Fault Recorder
The SATEC BFM-DFR is a modular, DIN-rail mounted digital fault recorder engineered for substation digitalization in retrofit projects. It monitors up to 12 three-phase current channels with shared or dual independent voltage sources, capturing fault events with precision at up to 40× nominal current.
The BFM-DFR's modular design allows installers to tailor the device to each application's exact channel count, I/O requirements, and communication interface needs – without over-specifying hardware.
Digital Fault Recording
- Up to 40 simultaneous waveform channels
- Fault recording at 40× nominal current – captures even severe transient events
- Pre-fault and post-fault recording windows (configurable)
- High sampling rate for accurate fault analysis
Multi-Circuit Monitoring
- Up to 12 three-phase current channels per device
- Supports shared voltage or two independent 3-phase voltage sources
