Fanox GL40 — Integral Motor Protection Relay

The Fanox GL40 brings the full GL Series integral protection capability to mid-power 3-phase motors in the 11–22 kW (15–30 hp) range. Covering current settings from 15 to 40.5A, the GL40 is well-suited to industrial pumps, compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process equipment where motor reliability is mission-critical.

Full Integral Protection Suite

  • Thermal image memory — models actual winding temperature including start-up heat and cooling cycles
  • Phase loss detection at low load — prevents single-phasing damage even during light loading
  • Phase imbalance and sequence protection
  • Underload / dry running detection — by undercurrent (I<): essential for pump and compressor protection
  • Earth leakage protection — ground fault detection protects windings and personnel
