Fanox GL90 — Integral Motor Protection Relay

The Fanox GL90 delivers complete integral motor protection for high-power 3-phase motors in the 37–110 kW (50–150 hp) range. Covering currents from 40 to 91A, the GL90 is the standard choice for large industrial motors powering pumps, compressors, refrigeration systems, cranes, and process machinery where protecting the motor means protecting the process.

Full Integral Protection Suite

  • Thermal image memory — continuously tracks motor thermal state including heavy-duty start cycles
  • Phase loss detection at low load
  • Phase imbalance and sequence protection
  • Dry running / underload detection — by undercurrent (I<): prevents catastrophic pump or compressor damage from loss of prime or process fluid
  • Earth leakage protection — detects ground faults in winding insulation
  • Overtemperature — via PTC thermistor embedded in motor windings
